On Monday, July 9, 2018, Modernland Realty, through its subsidiary PT Modern Industrial Estat—the developer of the ModernCikande industrial estate—once again provided CSR assistance as part of its efforts to build communication with village residents around the ModernCikande area. The assistance, handed over directly by the President Director of PT Modern Industrial Estat, Pascall Wilson, took the form of building materials for the renovation of one resident’s house in the village. “We hope that the house renovation assistance provided will be beneficial for residents who are truly in need,” said Pascall Wilson.
