Jakarta, August 1, 2024 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. successfully won four awards at the 2024 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA), an annual corporate rating event in the field of Human Capital (HC) organized by First Indonesia magazine. The event aims to map out the issues and challenges faced by various institutions in Indonesia.

The assessment and selection of winners were based on judging interviews conducted across several categories, including Performance Management 2023, Innovating Human Potential, Sustainable Talent Development, Future-Ready Workforce, Agile HR Practices for Dynamic Markets, Reskilling and Upskilling for the Future, Measuring Human Capital ROI, and Organization Change Behaviour Strategy. The final decision was made objectively and independently by a credible panel of judges.

Based on the objective and independent evaluation conducted by the judging panel, PT Modernland Realty Tbk. was named The Best in Team Building Engagement, The Best Company of Culture & Employee Experience, and The Best Labor Relation. In addition, the company’s Vice President Director, Dharma Mitra Sigamani, also received the award for The Best Leadership Committed HC of the Year 2024.

The peak of the HCREA 2024 award ceremony, themed “Global Challenges for National Industry: Future Jobs and Future Skills,” was held at Sentral Cawang Hotel, Jakarta, on Thursday, August 1, 2024. The HCREA 2024 awards were presented by Elviandi Rusdi, S.E., M.Hum., Ph.D., from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, who also served as Chairman of the HCREA 2024 Jury Board. The award was received by Dharma Mitra Sigamani, Vice President Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk.
