Jakarta, October 25, 2023 – Four projects of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. successfully received national-level awards at the Property Indonesia Award 2023 (PIA 2023).

The awarded projects include Jakarta Garden City, through the Vastu @Garden City cluster, which won in the Property Development category; Housing Development subcategory as The Innovative Housing Concept in Jakarta.

Kota Modern, through the Modern Waterfront Residence cluster, received recognition in the same category as The Innovative Housing Concept in Tangerang.

Meanwhile, Modernland Cilejit, through the Great Britania super cluster, was awarded The Innovative Affordable Housing Design in Tangerang.

Additionally, Modern Cikande Industrial Estate (MCIE) won in the Property Development category; Industrial Park subcategory as The Consistent Industrial Park in Banten.

PIA 2023 marks the 10th award event organized by Properti Indonesia (MPI Group), publisher of Properti Indonesia Magazine and propertiindonesia.id portal. The event carries the theme “Bringing The Best Together.”

This theme aligns with Properti Indonesia’s vision to bring together leading industry players and highlight their strategies and creative ideas in adapting to the increasingly dynamic business environment.

The event also coincided with the 30th anniversary of Properti Indonesia as the first property-focused media in Indonesia.

This annual award is considered one of the highest recognitions in the industry, known as The Benchmark of Property Excellence, awarded to Property Corporates, Property Projects, The Property Men & Women, and Property Supporting Services.

Each nominee was independently selected based on performance, reflecting not only commercial success but also sustainability, innovation, and customer service over the past year.

The award ceremony took place at Dua Mutiara Ballroom, JW Marriott, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (October 25, 2023).

On the same occasion, Kelvin O Lesmana, Director of Residential & Commercial of the Company, expressed his pride and gratitude for the achievement.

He stated that the awards represent strong recognition and trust from both consumers and industry stakeholders in Indonesia toward Modernland Realty’s developments across Jakarta Garden City, Modernland Cilejit, Kota Modern, and its industrial estate offerings.
