Jakarta, September 1, 2023 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. (MDLN) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at the Club House Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta.
The meeting was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and the Company’s Notary.
The meeting was opened by Edwyn Lim and led by Iwan Suryawijaya.
The agenda discussed included the approval of the resignation and appointment of Directors.
The EGMS approved the resignation of David Iman Santosa and the appointment of Pascall Wilson as Director overseeing the Industrial Division, as well as Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda as Director overseeing Investment & Corporate Strategy.
Pascall Wilson
Pascall Wilson is an Indonesian citizen, aged 46, holding an MBA degree. He has over 20 years of experience across various sectors, including chemicals, construction, telecommunications, F&B, and property & real estate, particularly in industrial estate and integrated business area development.
He joined the Company in 2016 as Operation Director and later served as Industrial Division Managing Director at PT Modern Industrial Estat in 2017.
Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda
Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda is an Indonesian citizen, aged 46, with a Master’s degree in Management. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and real sectors across multinational companies.
He joined the Company in 2018 and has held various leadership roles, including Investment Director and CFO Urban Development, before becoming Corporate Investment & Strategy Director in 2023.
