Jakarta, Propertytimes.id – PT Modernland Realty Tbk., a property developer, has once again launched its Management Trainee (MT) Program 2023, continuing a successful initiative that has been held over the past three years.

In addition to creating new job opportunities, the program serves as a platform to identify and develop high-quality talents who are expected to become future young leaders within the Modernland Group.

Held at the Function Room, Club House Jakarta Garden City, under the theme “A Legacy of Growth A Legacy of Leadership,” the program selected 25 top graduates from leading universities across Indonesia to join the Management Trainee (MT) Batch 4 of 2023.

President Director William Honoris stated that the selected participants have demonstrated strong skills, talents, and potential.

He expressed confidence that they will contribute significantly to the Company’s growth and future achievements.

“I would like to congratulate all participants who have successfully joined the MT 2023 team. Over the next three years, I encourage you to collaborate, communicate, and support one another, as this will create a harmonious work environment where we can all grow,” he said during his remarks on Thursday (July 20).

He further emphasized that Modernland values diversity and a conducive working environment, believing that diverse human resources bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

“As new employees, MT 2023 participants will enter a dynamic and ever-evolving industry. Therefore, it is essential to stay adaptable and continuously seek opportunities for growth and learning for the benefit of the company,” he concluded.
