Jakarta, July 5, 2023 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. successfully won four awards at the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) 2023, an annual corporate rating event in the field of human capital organized by First Indonesia Magazine.

The awards aim to map challenges and issues faced by various institutions in Indonesia.

The evaluation and selection process were conducted through judging interviews across several categories, including Performance Management, HR Informatic System, Remuneration, Improving HR Skills and Competencies in Facing the Crisis, Competency Modelling, Organizational Strategy Change Behavior, and Business Survival Efforts to Build Business Resilience.

The final decisions were made objectively and independently by a credible panel of judges.

Based on the assessment results, PT Modernland Realty Tbk. was awarded The Best Employee Value & Performance, The Best in Retention Strategy, and The Most Resilience Company 2023.

In addition, Dharma Mitra Sigamani, Vice President Director of the Company, received The Best Leadership Development Focus on HC award.

The HCREA 2023 award ceremony, themed “Resilient Human Capital with Global Competitiveness,” was held at Peninsula Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday (July 5, 2023).

The awards were presented by Elviandi Rusdi, Head of Planning Bureau at the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia and Chairman of the HCREA 2023 Jury, and received by Dharma Mitra Sigamani.
