Jakarta, February 26, 2021 – PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., continues to accelerate the development and sales of Cleon Park Apartment, the Company’s first apartment project in Jakarta Garden City.
Construction began on September 23, 2020, and the project is targeted for handover in 2023. Currently, development has reached the basement structure stage.
To boost sales, the Company introduced attractive promotions, offering semi-furnished units starting from IDR 600 million, with down payment installments starting from IDR 5 million per month.
“We continue to implement various strategies to boost sales during the pandemic, including launching attractive promotional offers. We are optimistic that the property market will improve in 2021,” said Herman Goh.

The project consists of 310 units, with more than 80% already sold. Prices range from IDR 600 million to IDR 1.4 billion, with unit sizes from 32 m² to 73 m².
Located on the main boulevard of Jakarta Garden City, the development offers convenient access to various facilities within a 1.7-hectare mixed-use area comprising shop houses and two apartment towers.

Jakarta Garden City is strategically located with direct access to the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) via the Cakung Timur toll exit.

Healthcare Facility Expansion
To enhance residential convenience, the Company partnered with PT Siloam Medika Cemerlang to operate a Siloam Clinic within Jakarta Garden City.
The agreement was signed by David Iman Santosa and Fenderia Laorensi.
The clinic will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including preventive, curative, and rehabilitation treatments, as well as diagnostic services.
Billionaire Club
The Company also leverages its marketing platform, Billionaire Club, which integrates both online and offline sales channels.
Members, including property agents and individuals, can earn commissions up to 3.25% and rewards of up to IDR 25 million per unit sold.
