Tangerang, February 25, 2021 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. continues its commitment to environmental conservation by planting 1,000 tree seedlings across its projects.

This initiative took place in the Modernland Cilejit project area, spanning 1,000 hectares in Tangerang, Banten. The trees planted include mahogany, trembesi, sengon, and eucalyptus.

The ceremony was attended by company management, including Dharma Mitra and Reagan Honoris.

The trees will be planted across various locations, including green open spaces exceeding 30 hectares, Central Park, and a 20-hectare lake.

Dharma Mitra emphasized that the initiative reflects the Company’s ongoing CSR commitment to environmental sustainability.

“Tree planting has significant benefits for preserving ecosystems. The more trees we plant, the more oxygen is produced,” he stated.

Accelerated Development

The Company is accelerating construction to enable handover and occupancy in the near future, while maintaining strict health protocols.

According to Reagan Honoris, major infrastructure, including roads, drainage systems, and marketing facilities, has been completed.

Sample houses have also been built, and approximately 1,500 units from earlier phases are under construction.
