Jakarta, October 14, 2019 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. (MDLN) received an award at The 11th IICD Corporate Governance Conference & Award 2019, organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in collaboration with Berita Satu.
The awards recognize public companies that demonstrate strong commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
This year’s event highlighted the importance of comprehensive GCG reform in enhancing business performance and investment climate.
The conference carried the theme: “Empowering BOC and Its Committees to Ensure GCG Implementation”.
PT Modernland Realty Tbk. was awarded “Best Non-Financial Sector Mid Capitalization Public Listed Company” at the event held at Pullman Hotel Jakarta.
The award was received by Freddy Chan, Vice President Director of the Company.

Freddy Chan also noted that increasing global challenges require the property industry to continuously adapt to economic dynamics, currency fluctuations, and global trade conditions.
