Tangerang, July 20, 2019 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. held the soft launching of its 1,000-hectare Modernland Cilejit township project on Saturday (July 20).
The event, held at Intermark Serpong, attracted strong interest from loyal customers and end-users.
During the launch, all 1,000 units in the first phase were sold out, generating total sales of IDR 225 billion.
The Company expressed gratitude for the strong market response, which reflects the appeal of the project’s concept and pricing.

The project is strategically located near BSD City and offers convenient access to toll roads and Jakarta’s CBD.
