PMSEA is an award recognizing property service excellence, organized through a collaboration between Property In Magazine and Carre.

The award is based on mystery shopping research conducted between January and February 2019.

The award ceremony was held at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta, on Thursday (April 25), and was received by Togu Pangihutan.
