First Apartment in JGC Sold Out in Two Days

JAKARTA - PT Mitra Sindo Sukses successfully made quick sales for Cleon Park Apartment Phase I and II. Over two days, Saturday and Sunday (19-20/5/2018), a total of 287 apartment units were sold out, with a sales value of IDR 283.6 billion. Cleon Park Apartment is Mitra Sindo Sukses' first apartment project in the Jakarta Garden City (JGC) township area in East Jakarta. On JGC's 370-hectare land, the apartment project occupies 1.7 hectares and is integrated with the Cleon Park commercial area.

"Currently, we are even marketing the third phase of Cleon Park. We have made it different with advantages such as larger sizes compared to the apartment types that are widely marketed today," said PT Mitra Sindo Sukses' CEO, Sami Miettinen, on Monday (22/5/2018). Cleon Park Apartment consists of two towers, North and South. Sami explained that the first tower being marketed is the North tower, which is 24 stories high and consists of 310 units. "The apartments start from the 6th floor, because from the basement to the 5th floor is parking space with a ratio.

On the 6th floor, we built a swimming pool, gymnasium, and garden. We also have 6 apartment units with additional facilities, including a private garden," Sami added. GM Sales & Marketing Jakarta Garden City, Hyronimus Yohanes, or commonly called Rony, said that the unit sizes are designed to be more human-friendly. For example, the studio type starts at 32 square meters.

"But, we also offer one-bedroom units that are 45 square meters, as well as two- and three-bedroom units. Each floor has 16 to 17 units, and the added value is the availability of semi-furnished facilities for each unit type," added Rony. Targeting the upper-middle segment, Rony continued, the design concept is modern minimalism. The apartment development is planned to begin next year, with the handover process completed 36 months later. The project is marketed starting from IDR 498 million for the studio type. Currently, access to the Jakarta Garden City area is also more open with the operation of the Tanjung Priok toll access road, which connects the JORR Cakung-Cilincing toll road to the inner-city toll road. The project is located on the side of the Cakung-Cilincing toll road.
