Jakarta, December 4, 2024 – ModernCikande Industrial Estate (MCIE), developed by PT Modern Industrial Estate, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., concluded 2024 with a remarkable achievement. The industrial estate, located in Serang, Banten Province, won the highest award at the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2024 Goes To FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2025 for the industrial category on Thursday evening (4/12).
This annual recognition celebrates the best property projects, organized by FIABCI Indonesia and the Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI). The event was held at the Trans Convention Center – Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung and announced 36 winners across various categories, including Masterplan, Housing, Club House, Residential Low-Rise, Residential Mid-Rise, Residential High-Rise, Environment, Heritage, Hotel, Industrial, Mixed-Use Development, Office, Infrastructure, Purposed Build/Fasos-Fasum, Resort, Retail, and Sustainable Development.
The evaluation for the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Awards 2024 fully follows the international standards of the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. Therefore, winners of this event are entitled to represent Indonesia at the FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2025, scheduled to take place in June 2025 in Lagos, Nigeria.
ModernCikande Industrial Estate’s Gold Winner achievement is based on several assessment criteria, including excellence in design, construction, and management, prioritization of environmental aspects, and the implementation of sustainable development concepts.
With these strengths, ModernCikande offers significant opportunities for industrial investment and development in Indonesia. The Gold Winner Trophy of FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2024 Goes To FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards 2025 was received directly by Pascall Wilson, President Director of PT Modern Industrial Estate.
