Herman completed his education in Computerized Accounting at Universitas Bina Nusantara and has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. He began his career at PT Prisma Inti Semesta as Finance & Accounting Manager and later advanced to Finance General Manager at the Company. He also served as Finance Director in subsidiary entities before being appointed Finance Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (2021–2025). Herman actively holds directorships in several of the Company’s subsidiary entities.
